"This hotel is in a beautiful area along a river outside of Malung, but the rooms are small and not particularly comfortable. It is a rustic property rather than a comfortable hotel. On the other hand, if one is looking for an adequate place to stay for a couple days at a very reasonable price, then this could be the right place. "This is NOT a hotel but an unmanned hostel. My code to the front door did not work. I found a groundskeeper who was rude and told me it was my fault. (I know how keypads work!). Because I could not get my code to unlock the door I could not leave to go get dinner in fear of not being able to get back in.
