"The desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean and very tidy. The mattress obviously had a metal frame, because it groaned like heavy equipment operating whenever I got out or into bed. I was a little troubled by a white tissue on the floor inside the front doors that remained there overnight and when we left the following day."

"Nice and clean hotel. The bathroom design was a little funky-- outs-swing door interfered with the sink. The bed was very cushy and not great for my back. Would stay here again though."

"The rooms were extremely clean and modern with many amenities. The breakfast buffet bar offered an enormous amount of options and was well stocked throughout. Sebastian particularly did a superb job ensuring that items were continuously refilled. But every one of your staff provided outstanding service demonstrating competence, professionalism and especially focusing on meeting the needs of their customers. We would particularly like to acknowledge Logan at the front desk for offering great recommendations on restaurants and places to see. She exceeded expectations. We greatly appreciated the very reasonable room price, the excellent location and the outstanding rooms. But the service your staff provided was what will compel us to book your hotel again when we return to Park City. It was the best of the best!"
