Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Electric heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Freezer approx 60 l.
