"Great location, next to a mall, within walking distance of Dam Market, and very close to the beach. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were major drawbacks for me. There were stains on the bedsheet and cover, day curtains, and shower curtains. Heavy dust was also observed on the standing fan and toilet exhaust fan. There was mildew on the ceiling, as well as ants inside the unit. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests which most appreciated."

"We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. "Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...
