"Belen at the front desk was amazing. Super responsive via what’s app ahead of our arrival to coordinate parking etc. helped us make dinner reservations and even had a take away breakfast arranged for us and delivered to our room when she learned we’d be leaving earlier than the included breakfast. Absolutely incredible service!"

"Spent three nights here as a base for visiting Kotor Old Town, cable car and boat trip. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice chill hotel. Ate in the hotel bar/restaurant a few times, small menu, but all the food was good and the chips were amazing! Cocktails were good too! Lovely staff, always willing to help, and book taxi's for us, as we didn't have a car. Rooms have everything you need, and view is amazing, especially at sunset. Gym is also well equipped for the size of the hotel. Would recommend, just be prepared for having to drive or get a taxi everywhere. The views made it worth it!"

"Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but apparently almost are come with twin beds. Bottom line - great hotel, but if facilities are important to you, make sure that these are available."

"The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property was beautiful. A few things to note… The pillows were not down, they were honestly very flat and budget feeling. I didn’t ask for other ones, but I feel like nice pillows should be standard in a 5 star hotel. The beach had a massive shortage of towels (80 towels for a large hotel) people were left waiting an hour or more for clean, fresh towels. The “beach club” menu was very limited with a seafood salad, and a smoked salmon sandwich as 2 of the 8 options (who wants fish salad on the beach). That said the staff was incredible, Bojan, Sophie, Camila, Andrea (I’m lookin at you. The staff was wonderful, attentive and kind!"

Hotel Palma

"Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. The bar lady was lovely however the bar men could do with smiling to welcome people in to their hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience and excellent location."
