"When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. "This has been the worst decision to book a hotel ever for me. The first room was very dirty, lots of hair, dirty footsteps, urine drops on the toilet, bad smell and pieces of food in the fridge. There was so much dirt underneath the beds, leftovers of food, gunk and dust. The final straw was somebody's dirty underwear lying beneath one of the beds.
