"The staff are very kind and always willing to help. Even though they don’t speak the language, they really try their best to assist guests, which is truly appreciated and was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the bungalow experience was very disappointing. The bed had a bad smell, there were insects, spider webs on the ceiling, and the bathroom smelled awful, which made the stay very uncomfortable. "The Villa is very new. It was very clean with a modern Japanese style decor. There was ample room for our family of 9. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. We never felt crowded. This is a big villa. The community is very new and there is on going construction noises. We were surprised by it all at first because there was no mention of construction noises in the booking details.
