"It is an older property but every necessity was taken care of. It was very clean and felt like home and family. The chef was also excellent. The presentation and quality of the food was on point. I travel the world and stay many places but rarely leave a review. I’m not even from the same country of this property but it was quite clear somebody takes a lot of pride in it. "I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. "Rossmarkt Haus was outstanding. Our apartment was large and comfortable. We looked out right on to one side of the Black Church and the Main Street, although there was minimal traffic sound. Breakfast was conveniently located in the Figaro restaurant just below our apartment. Eszter communicated with us several times before we arrived. She met us and carried our luggage upstairs - very helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. "
