"No complaints, everything was great."

"Pool wasn’t running, breakfast had no meat, no breads expect waffles, no gravy nothing. Just terrible powdered eggs, waffles, 2 cereals, and a hard as rock potatoes. Then we found 3 bags of chips, donuts, and candy all opened and half eaten or more in the top dresser between the two beds. When asked about the choice of food and cleanliness the staff blew me off."

"We stayed for 3 nights here for 2 rooms - we were happy for our first night because of their newly modeled rooms with beautiful, clean, and minimalist designs. However, the service sucks here - first of all, there should be no need for them to ask whether we want our rooms to be lightly cleaned/refresh items if we didn’t leave our privacy tags on the door. Even though I replied yes, we were surprised that our rooms really were lightly cleaned (or I should say, they were barely cleaned) and the beds weren’t even made! When we requested for room service to bring us the water bottles, this was their reply: “You would have to come down to the market to pay for them. We cannot take payment over message system.” What the f*** was that? On top of all of this, one of our rooms’ bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, making it super inconvenient for our showers, spilling all the water out! "

"It was a beautiful hotel inside. Beds are comfortable the only issues I had was I had to hunt down housekeepers to service my room everyday. I found a housekeeper manager in the elevator for help because the ones on the floor spoke no English . Then when they came 2 days out of 5 nights I stayed. They never changed bed to new sheets they just made the bed. ( remote was under the sheets) they brought new bath towels but no tissue when I text for service. They charge $20 daily for self parking when there’s no security. Never will stay here again. Not happy with stay. "

"Got to the room and A/C would not work , they didn’t have anymore rooms to move us , the first desk said maintenance man wouldn’t be able to check it , but they did bring us a little fan "

"Hotel was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable for the exception of the blinds not being dark enough for my preference. The second issue that I had was a very rude concierge on two separate occasions. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you."

"Property was ok the room was ok the bathroom was outdated and rust stains and bath tub looked dirty and rusty. Heard a toilet flush by my head all night long couldn’t sleep well. Won’t be going back"
