"Great staff! room and amenities were as would be expected for a three star hotel. Breakfast was not great. "

"The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests. The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church."

"I can’t say enough about Gemma, Alessandro and his wife. Do to delays during my travels I was very late getting to the apartment but they were all there to greet me which was just what I needed after my very long exhausting day. They took me into the apartment and showed me around making sure I was as settled as I could be. There was a list of near by restaurants and grocery stores this was super helpful.For me the location worked well. The apartment was clean. I would like to have had WIFI this would have been very helpful."

"A very nice hotel on outskirts of town. Limited on site parking but walkable distance to several nice restaurants. Breakfast was great with a good and plentiful spread. Even though the building is on a major intersection, with windows closed we didn't hear any traffic. "

"This hotel was great and very clean. However if you are traveling as a tourist this is not a place to stay due to that you will have to either taxi or learn public transportation to get anywhere and to the center of Padova. Venice is not near as it is a 45 minute taxi drive and about an hour with bus and train but you will definitely have an experience learning public transportation. Also food and other venues do not open till after 5pm however there is a mall walking distance with restaurants and other provisions. I would stay again here now that I now the area and public transportation. "
