"Camere Da Mirrella is a pretty boutique hotel located near Lazise, Italy and close to Lake Garda. The owner Nick greeted us, helped us with our heavy luggage and showed us to our room. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The room was all wood finishes. The breakfast was great and Nick explained the area and some finer points. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but it would be especially nice for young families. The hotel has a nice pool and a play ground. Five Stars"

"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. "This was a really lovely hotel, rooms were lovely and spacious. I personally liked the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, however it can get so busy that it is not possible to use at times. I think having two jacuzzis or a time limit would make it a fair use for everyone. The outdoor pool was exceptionally nice, he came over to clean it many times. My only criticism is the two breakfast ladies staff were very rude and kept breaking cups around us, so quite dangerous at times … ALSO breakfast options were terrible, if you do not mind cold eggs and mushrooms. I personally wouldn’t pay for this again, same breakfast daily and minimal choice. The hotel is also very far from Verona, although they provide a free shuttle bus which helps, the timings are really difficult, for example they cannot transport you between the hours of 12-4, not sure why. other than that, really nice stay. A taxi is about 20-30 euro’s into Verona."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the breakfast was great every morning with plenty of choice. The owner and her daughter were absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming and always happy to help. The cleaner also went above and beyond by taking me to the supermarket so I could buy sanitary towels for my daughter. Everyone made us feel so well looked after. Although having a car is useful, it’s definitely not essential. The staff helped us with transport, and thanks to their advice I managed to get to Venice in under two hours for very little cost. There was also a bus stop just a few minutes away, making it easy to visit Verona. On our last day, our taxi unexpectedly cancelled, and the owner kindly drove us to the airport herself. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and hospitality. We can’t thank everyone enough and would highly recommend staying here."
