Mükemmel bir otel

Çok samimi bir ortamı olmakla birlikte çalışanlar aşırı tatlıyfı. Otel çok konforlu ve tertemiz. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Tam merkezde bulunuyor. Görseldekilerden çok daha iyi her şey. Biz iki kız arkadaş olarak konakladık ve bundan sonra da hep buraya geleceğiz. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

Otelin eksikliğinden genel 4 yıldızı vermedim, Kıbrıs’a su transfer ettiğimiz bir dönemde en gözde adalarımızdan Cunda adasında su sıkıntısının bir an bitirilmesini diliyorum.

Oda temizligi icin resepsiyona ozellikle hatırlatmak gerekiyor.. Bir arka sokaktaki otopark aksam 18:00-02:00 arasi arac girisine kapalı. Otele 300 m mesafedeki ucretli otopark kullanmak gerekiyor. Sabah kahvaltısı vasat.. Kahvalti servisi yapan calisan hanim cok suratsiz..Negatif enerji yayiyor

Temiz, fonksiyonel ve merkezde

Son anda verdiğimiz kararla bir gece konaklama ve güzel bir Cunda gezintisi, akşam yemeği için otel aradığımızda Bay Nihat Lale Otel ve ekibi ile tanışma fırsatımız oldu. Cunda konaklamalarımızda merkezde olması öncelikli tercihimizdir. Birçok otelinde kaldığım Cunda'da bundan sonra ilk tercihlerimizden biri olacak Bay Nihat Lale Otel. Resepsiyon ve iletişim harikaydı. Odamız merkez otellerin birçoğuna göre geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Sade ama fonksiyonel döşenmişti. Banyoda hafif bir küf kokusu vardı ama tüm sıhhı tesisat ve sarf malzemeler kaliteli seçilmişti. Havlu takımları yumuşak ve hoş kokuluydu. Yatak standart boy ama sertlik idealdi. Sabah kahvaltısının sunulduğu bodrum kat bir miktar hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Ama Cunda merkezde fiyat performans açısından ilk tercihimiz bundan sonra Bay Nihat Lale Otel olacak.

Çok kötü bir karşılamaydı.

Otelde otopark sunulan imkan olarak görünsede bana ücretli otopark gösterildi. Otel sorumlusu Gürkan isminde biri gayet uslubsuz karşısındakini anlamadan terslenen biri hiç memnun kalmadım randevu iptali yaptırdım. İlginize teşekkür ederim iyi günler.

Defalarca kalabileceğim bir otel. Şehrin tam merkezinde , temiz, odalar büyük ve kullanışlı ,ferah, personel ilgili ve Güler yüzlü .. araba ile gittiyseniz otele kadar gidemezsiniz , 500 mt dışarıda bir otopark a park edin ve şehirin merkezine yürüyün .. kahvaltısı efsane , deniz kıyısında otele ait bir balık restoranı var , ve yemekler mezeler müthiş .. harika bir deneyim

Doğru tercih

Pandemi kurallarına riayet eden, temiz ve saygılı bir işletme. Otelin oda genişliği, banyo ve klima özellikleri gayet iyiydi, kahvaltısını da sevdik. Tekrar Cunda'ya geleceğimiz zaman kesinlikle burada kalırız, hemen arka sokaktaki otopark da işimizi kolaylaştıran etkenlerden biriydi.

Laut Expedia gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe. Dem Besitzer zufolge sollen diese kostenfreien Parkplätze in 300m Entfernung liegen. Wenn dem so ist, dann hat jedes Hotel kostenfreie Parkplätze. Hier liegt also eine arglistige Täuschung vor! Nicht einmal an den Parkplatz-Gebühren die ich dann Zahlen musste, wollte man sich beteiligen. Das Hotel-Personal ist unfassbar inkompetent. Selbst eine Zahlung in Euro bekommen sie nicht hin. Stattdessen wird auf den Hotelbesitzer verwiesen, der die Bezahlung in Euro annehmen soll. Hängende und unzufriedene Gesichter soweit das Auge reicht. Kein lächeln weit und breit. Einzig und allein die Frühstücksdame brachte nach mehrfachem Danke endlich einmal ein Lächeln zum Vorschein. Auf Anfrage, eine zweite Zimmerkarte zu erhalten um die eigene Kühlbox am Laufen zu halten, wurde man zunächst abgewimmelt, dann mit einer vermeintlich funktionierenden "einfachen" Karte vertörstet. Diese "einfache" Karte war irgendeine instabile Karte die den Stromkreis schließen sollte. Selbstverständlich hat das nicht funktioniert. Auf Ansprache hin gab es nur ein Schulterzucken. Frechheit! Die Gegend ist für Familien mit Kindern absolut ungeeignet. Es ist sehr viel los und sehr laut, zudem machte mir die Umgebung keine wirklich sicheren Eindruck. Für mich war es das erste und letzte mal. Keine Empfehlung!
