I had an unexpected weekend off and decided to come to Ayutthaya for the weekend. Most of the hotels were sold out, but this was still available. I’m so glad it was. The owners were so gracious and welcoming, helped me plan my day, and helped make all the necessary arrangements. Truly Thai hospitality at its best. I can’t thank them enough.

Wonderful hosts and lovely birds
Charming property in a development of 24 properties run by a very attentive owner and his daughter. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Owner and his daughter always there to assist and show us around his menagerie of exotic birds. Fell in love with Simon the Parakeet who was very friendly.

We booked the villa with 3 bedrooms and got a big 4 bedrooms, 2 storeys villa. The area outside the house looks a bit run down. However the inside of the house is clean and nice. It has basic amenities (fridge, microwave, cutleries). I forgot to check if they have stove since we didn't use it. They also stock a lot of water bottles inside fridge, so when you come back from a long day temple exploring under the hot scorching sun, you are welcomed by cold water. The beds are basic, a bit hard and thin for me, but clean. Pillows are decent. The bathroom is very basic, no place to hang towels, no hairdryer etc. No separate shower area so you wet all the toilet area when showering. The drain is also very slow so the water accumulates. Hot water is decent. They provide decent breakfast with fruits directly from the garden. The owner also gave the lady guests a cute fashion ring each. Overall, there are rooms for improvement but decent experience

There was nothing the owner and his daughter would not do to make your stay more enjoyable....even threw in a Thai cooking lesson with the family. Absolutely fabulous place to stay especially if travelling as a family.

Location is very good close to major attractions. Owner is very nice, he showed us around his beautiful garden with many fruit trees and collection of birds. We totally enjoyed his hospitality and will stay again next time if we visit the city again.

Good location but...
Fruit bugs in the room and clothes not washed and dried properly. Also sold us a tour "all included" but we had to pay extra at the last temple.

Great place with good location, staff and food.
Friendly boss and crew who knows how to notice your needs before you realising it yourself. They are able to provide assistance in time and able to provide good suggestions for your trip. The bikes are free to use, that is a big bonus as that increased the quality of our trip to large extent and helped to save money for our 6 days trip. The food at restaurant is very good and delicious. You are able to go to the market with the boss and purchase your dinner ingredients. Special thanks to Gan who is a great host and cook. Very good stay.

Absolutely amazing hospitality!
We have been travelling through South East Asia for over two months now. The owner and his family offered the best hospitality we've experienced so far on our trip. Not just service, but sincere hospitality. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. We'd certainly stay again and were sad to leave after only two nights.

Hello, I've only stayed for one day, and I'm so grateful that you treated me comfortably like family. Also, when we were in a difficult situation during the trip, he didn't hesitate to help us, which was enough to make us feel grateful and impressed. The owner's daughter's food was also very delicious, The parrot Simon is also very lovely, and it's a pity that I'm only staying for one day, so I'll definitely come back next time. I think the boss and his daughter are so stylish and warm-hearted.

공간이 넓고 쾌적하며 내부 데코레이션도 감각적입니다. 더운 날씨에 꼭 필요하다면서 주인이 물을 충분히 냉장고에 넣어주셨고 리필해주십니다. 갈만한 곳과 동선, 할만한 활동을 잘 설명하고 추천해 주셔서 우리 팀은 보트투어 했는데 추천할 만합니다. 아침 식사도 맛있고 넉넉하며 저녁은 코스요리오 주문해서 먹었는데 비싼 편이지만 음식은 매우 훌륭하고 양도 엄청나요. 여러가지로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

Un endroit particulier a Ayutthaya très proche de la vieille ville.pret de vélo.une personne de l'hôtel nous a emmené au marché local pour faire des achats( crevettes, champignons,soja, nouilles)puis nous avons cuisiné avec une des employés.le gérant de l'hôtel est une personne formidable.je recommandé a 150%

Sejour très particulier
Le patron est un peu directif mais très généreux. Il a le soucis de ses clients. Il prête les vélos, offre l'eau et plus si vous tombez bien.... Il aime partager, offrir et faire plaisir. Il est passionné d'oiseaux et en possède beaucoup. Anglais difficile à comprendre pour nous, dommage parce qu'il est sûrement pationnant à écouter... Merci à lui et à toute son équipe.

Superbes villas au milieu de la végétation , tenues par le propriétaire et sa fille qui sont adorables ! La villa est très joliment décorée , la cuisine est sommaire mais on petit déjeune au resto du complexe , c'est compris et on peut y souper aussi , c’est très très bon , copieux et pas cher ! Ça fait auberge familiale , c’est la jeune fille qui cuisine , qui dirige tt , un vrai chef !!! Qd on arrive souper , elle nous fait préparer la fameuse salade de papaye , nos ados ont adoré participer et nous aussi Ap , c’est typique ! Ils nous prêtent des vélos et on a pu balader et visiter les temples , on s’est régalés ! La jeune fille nous a aussi réservé un trip : un tuk tuk qui vient vous récupérer pour 16 h pour aller rejoindre un bateau ( que pour nous 4 ) pour balader sur le fleuve et visiter des temples , c’est grandiose au coucher du soleil , superbe moment ! Merci pour cette belle découverte ! On a adoré Ayutthaya , c’est à voir absolument !!!! Merci pour votre gentillesse , pour tt La famille Macario

Un accueil de qualité
Ensemble de logements situé dans la ville historique d'Ayutthaya. Mise à disposition gratuite de vélos pour visiter la ville et ses nombreux temples. L'accueil est simplement remarquable. Nous avons eu le droit à un check-out à 19:00 car nous prenions le train de nuit pour Chiang Mai. Nous avons donc pu profiter d'une bonne douche avant notre départ. Le propriétaire nous a également emmené directement à la gare avec son véhicule personnel. Le repas est un beau moment également avec la possibilité d'aider à sa préparation. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

Bathroom was in a bad condition. Tap didn't work, water in the shower was rusty. Breakfast was OK. Owner was obtrusive and impertinent. I would not stay there again.

He is the leader of th group of 5 people, he can speak thai language. He more needs for standard. (Air condition downstairs) We change new house for him. We confirm water system normal he lie. Owner, daughter & staff try to service his group but he cannot looked my eye. I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU TOO.

카말라 팰리스 좋아요.
호텔 컨디션이 좋았어요. 다만, 각 방에만 에어컨이 있고 거실에 없어서 더운 날씨에 조금 불편했지만 그 외에는 다 좋았음. 주변에 유적지가 많아서 걸어서 다닐수도 있었음. 밤 10시에 늦게 체크인했는데 우리를 위해서 음식을 준비해줬음. 너무나 고마웠음. 매일 제공되는 무료 아침식사도 상당히 좋았음.

ขอบคุณมากครับ สำหรับคำแนะนำ ขออภัยสำหรับพัดลมตัวเล็กไป ห้องน้ำมีที่แขวนผ้าทุกห้องครับ อาจจะตัวเล็กไป ในกลุ่มบ้านมีแขกอยู่รายเดือนหลายหลัง แต่ทุกหลังอยู่กันอย่างเงียบสงบ ซึ่งเป็นข้อตกลงในการเช่าครับ เพื่อไม่รบกวนบุคคลอื่น

L’endroit idéal à Ayutthaya
Les villas sont très spacieuses et propres, la famille qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique elle nous a offert à manger le soir et le petit déjeuner. Le petit restaurant fait karaoke c’est un moment convivial et qui démontre la gentillesse des thaïlandais. Nous recommandons cet établissement à tout le monde. Notre seul regret c’est de n’y avoir passé qu’une seule nuit...

大別墅，大房間，大停車位，體驗泰國人的豪宅概念，服務人員豪爽，有禮，有不錯的住宿體驗。
超呼想像的寛敞，共有三間房的二層樓獨棟別墅，每間房都很大間，要花些時間適應，對於住城市的人而言，人員服務不錯 ，建議自駕方 便，樓下就是自己的停車場，可體驗像泰國當地人豪宅的感覺。

Viel Platz hat es. Das war's aber auch schon. Warm duschen? Fehlanzeige. Kein Wasseranschluss in der Küche. Frühstück gibt es, aber das ist eher eine mobile Einrichtung, als ein ernst zu nehmende Sache. Betten sind beinhart und nur Ibuprofen hilft hier durch die Nacht. Sauber ist es auch nicht. Die Leute sind nett, aber von professioneller Gastlichkeit verstehen sie nichts. Für den Preis ein Witz! Nicht zu empfehlen

アユタヤ観光の拠点として、家族、小グループにおすすめ出来ます
家族4人(子供5才,3才)で3ベッドルームの部屋を利用しました。 これは貸別荘ですね。車利用だと便利です。築浅で綺麗で広いです。月契約もあるようです。 【備品】 ・水はフリーでたくさん置いてありました。 ・アメニティーはバスタオル、シャンプー＆ソープ ぐらいです。 ・キッチンには食器、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、インスタントコーヒーセット。 【持参したもの】 ・歯磨きセット ・ヘアドライヤー ・蚊よけスプレー 【その他】 朝食無しとなっていましたが、敷地の入り口付近にテーブルセットがあり、行ったら用意してくれました。いつものサービスなのか気まぐれかは分かりませんがトースト、揚げパン？、目玉焼き、温ソーメン？コーヒー、オレンジジュースなど適当に見繕って出してくれているようでした。

Super séjour à Ayutthaya!
Séjour agréable la villa se situe proche du centre touristique. On peut y louer des vélos. Le propriétaire est très gentil et il nous a bien conseillé pour nos visites. Les chambres sont grandes et les petits déjeuners se prennent dans le restaurant sur place. On peut garer la voiture juste devant la maison, c'est dans une impasse donc pas de circulation ni de nuances sonores. Point négatif les lits sont un peu trop dur à notre goût.
