"The hotel was fine but had a issue with the staff. My kid bought a drink from there vending machine. The machine gave him the wrong drink. I asked the staff in the lobby if he could get his money back. They refused to help with this situation. They say they don’t own the machines so there is nothing they can do. I was irritated that a hotel would not take responsibility for machines that are in there lobby. I told them they could keep the drink because no one wanted it. I was very disappointed in how they handled the situation. I have stay at this hotel multiple times but I will no longer be staying here. "

"Overall had an enjoyable stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many fresh options and good coffee. They always had tea and coffee available for free at the front desk. We would stay here again "

"Good hotel, is rate, from the reservations to after check out. I forgot my mobile in my room, 213, from march 31st to April 1st. I have sent 4 email to the hotel with no response. These is anacceptaple, for a 5* hotel. Ihope to hear from the hotel"

"The room was clean, quiet and spacious. The location was good, central and close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was expensive and you had to have a set breakfast with optional extras at additional cost. We only wanted porridge but that would have cost approximately €37 as the set breakfast was about €29 and porridge was almost €9. Unfortunately, the restaurant for dinner was not open during our stay but the menu looked nice. We recommend the hotel."
