A large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen area offers amazing panoramic sea views and it is the perfect place for late afternoon cocktail.
With open-plan living area which includes kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and opens to a patio and swimming pool area, it is carefully designed around your comfort.
Upstairs are 3 good size bedrooms of which double bedroom shares pool view balcony with twin bedroom. On this floor are also en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and family bathroom with bath.

Great location - beautiful villa

Very nice and spacious villa with everything you need. Only a short 10 minute walk to down town Ayia Napa. Would definitely recommend.
