"Great spot for the price!"

"Staff were very nice. The pool and game room were great. Property was clean. Parking was free and plentiful. Close too the mountain, and only a 10 minute drive to Magog. The room was very spacious, had what you need for a few night stay and the bed was very comfortable. The romance suite had a large jetted tub in the room which was nice. My only minor complaints would be the room didn't seem too be vacuumed properly, still had some dust on the floors when we checked in.The second issue was the ladybugs. I get that it's the country but I must have thrown out around 50 from the room and they just kept showing up even the morning of checkout. Not a huge issue but should be looked into none the less. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a couples getaway. "

"Beautiful setting on the edge of the lake. The bikes available to loan were a bonus and trails easily accessible. We stayed in a villa which was fairly well equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was welcoming after a day out in the cold!. Not quite enough seating in the main lounge if the house was fully occupied though. It would also be nice if the furniture in the lounge and bedroom were orientated to take in the view rather than pointed at the hotel and other villas. The villas don’t have housekeeping during your stay so it would be helpful if there was a Hoover, dustpan and brush and cleaning products and cloths for clearing up properly after meals. We ate Le Cove and the food was very good and service forelndly. We would have liked to eat in the man restauraing but we were put off by the set menu, we would have eaten there if à la carte menu was available. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, beautiful setting and would like to visit in different seasons when more activities are available, "
