No puedo tener ninguna queja del trato, de la limpieza, de la ubicación de los apartamentos

Nos coincidió también las fiestas de Ayamonte, y la verdad que nos gustaron mucho. Iba con 2 adolescentes y dos personas mayores, una de ellas con movilidad reducida, pero nos lo pasamos muy bien. También nos fuimos a conocer Portugal en el Ferry, que merece la pena visitarlo. La piscina magnifica. Muy a gusto todo.

Alles super! Strand 2 min zu Fuß!Megaschöne Wohnung!Regeln beim Pool: Durften nicht mal mit einem Wasserball spielen, obwohl im Pool kein Mensch war! Zu später Check in...17 Uhr Schlüssel abholen im Hotel..bis man in der Wohnung ist ,sind weitere 30 Min vergangen.

Apartamento muy recomendable

Apartamento muy nuevo, en urbanizacion muy cuidada. Con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una buena estancia. Solo una pega, creo que deberíais exigir a los propietarios que tuvieran un seguro de las viviendas. Creo que es muy importante, pueden pasar cosas sin mucha importancia como lo que nos ocurrió a nosotros, pero tambien pueden ocurrir cosas mas graves que creo requeririan de un seguro. Por otra parte me ha parecido abusivo el precio del cristal de la mesa. Por lo demás todo correcto.

muy buena opción para vacaciones familiares

la confortabilidad, la distribución y las calidades del apartamento. El hecho de que sea un alojamiento de nueva construcción. El mobiliario y todo el equipamiento (lavavajillas, tostadora, menaje,...). La piscina es realmente amplia y confortable (ideal para turismo familiar) la información en cuanto a la contratación o no de ropa de cama. Al realizar mi reserva yo no recuerdo haber tenido la opción de contratarla o no (probablemente por culpa mía) y di por hecho que era un servicio incluido. Resulta un tanto desconcertante cuando, después de hacer un largo trayecto y con los recelos que siempre despierta el confirmar las espectativas puestas en el alojamiento de vacaciones, encuentras todas las camas sin montar. Repito, la responsabilidad es mía por no poner atención en ese aspecto. Es cierto, también, que tras comunicar la incidencia, recibí toda la ropa de cama que necesitaba sin el mínimo problema. Otro aspecto que despierta bastantes recelos en el momento de la contratación es el hecho de que el precio final se incrementa automáticamente en unos 70€ respecto al precio inicial publicitado sin que el cliente haya contratado ningún servicio extra. Es legítimo cargar en la cuenta del cliente conceptos como "gastos de gestión" o "limpieza final", pero creo que ese importe, del que el cliente no puede desentenderse, debería quedar reflejado desde el momento en que el cliente recibe la primera información referida al coste. No es una cuestión de considerar o no acertado asumir esos costes, repito, sino que desde la perspectiva del cliente, el hecho de que ya en el momento del pago, la empresa te cargue una cuantía con la que no contabas, despierta ciertos recelos.
