Abzüge in der Sauberkeit gibt es wegen nicht gespülter Becher und doch sehr verstaubten Lüftungen. Zudem nutzt eine Sicherheitstür am Haupteingang wenig, wenn darüber noch keine Scheibe oder Mauer eingezogen wurde. Hauptabzug gab es für die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
