"This was the best hotel that we have been during our trip to Japan. We stayed for only one night, but the service was excellent! As soon as we walked in, there was someone there to greet and welcome us. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Tanaka (Shane) and their “Captain” ( I forgot his name sorry…Ishigawa maybe???) were very helpful and accommodating. Shane helped with translation, and the Captain worked all night and day to make sure that my son’s luggage was found (we shipped out luggages and his did not arrive), and will make it in time for our flight to Haneda (which was the following day). The rooms were very clean, and the fridge did not have only have water, but there were bottles of juice and tea, and alcoholic drinks (although we do not drink). We had everything we needed! The hotel itself spoke of elegance and luxury. Breakfast was free, and we were also given passes to the lounge, but unfortunately, we did not get the chance to avail any of these services. We will surely be back! We loved and enjoyed our stay in Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! "

"Hotel was nice, just double check when you book if you want a smoking room or not. I did not realize they offered smoking room. Also they only off airport transportation till 8:55am so if you have a later flight it will cost you about 500 yen to get from hotel to airport, it’s not a bad train ride though just 1 stop. Hotel is 3 mins from train station so very convenient, there is also a mall on the other side of train station if you wanted to walk around and get some food. "

"One of our favorite Western hotels in Japan! The hotel room is spacious and every room has a view. It's located away from town so very quiet! It offers a free shuttle rides to the nearest train/subway station so a plus!"

"The hotel is central and right next door to Chinatown; minutes from a metro, JR line and buses: opposite a branch of the store Daimarou. A 10 minute walk to the City Museum too. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and went the extra mile to help out with problems. It was nice to have a spacious lounge area with complimentary tea coffee juice most of the day. Some people will miss the usual spacious bath tub but the shower room was super efficient. "

"I had a really good time, this hotel is very near from sannomiya station, sannomiya shopping street and the view from the hotel is also great. Staff is really helpful and polite. Of course the room is smaller but that’s I think the case everywhere in Japan. Overall it was a really great experience. "
