Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom.

Nous sommes restés 2 jours. Le gite est fonctionnel. Bien sûr il y a quelques trucs à redire, notamment au niveau de l’entretien , quelques éclats de peinture, la tirette du store d’une des chambres nous est restée dans les mains, les 2 boutons de la chasse d’eau des toilettes qui ne sont plus là, la bonde du lavabo que l’on ne peut plus remonter ). Bref, des petits couacs par ci par là ! Mais, notre séjour a été agréable.

Gîte spacieux et bien situé

L'emplacement est idéal et la proximité avec le Mont Saint Michel est un plus. Le logement est correct et très bien équipé mais manque un peu d'entretien. le salon est spacieux et les chambres dans la maison son correct mais pas insonorisé. Celles de l'extérieur ont une aération bruyante qui vous empêchera certainement de dormir correctement. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est le gîte idéale pour passé un moment en famille et visité. Merci à Mme Bagot pour son accueil.

Nous étions un groupe de 18 randonneurs de + 60 ans. Nous avons sillonnée la région en prenant des circuits balisés. Nous avons fait la traversée de la baie avec un guide, ce n'était pas la bonne semaine car pas de marée. L'hébergement pourrait être revu en ajoutant des penderies avec cintres, au lieu des crochets. La chambre de trois lits est un peu juste car pas d'intimité avec les sanitaires. Le séjour a été agréable.

L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas d'Avranches. Le logement est correct mais manque d'entretien... beaucoup de petites choses abîmées et non réparées. Une aération défaillante qui rend certaines chambres peu saines car très humides (et donc odorantes). Dommage car les photos étaient très vendeuses...

Grande maison très bien placée pour être tranquille et visiter le Mont St Michel

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. Il y a toute la vaisselle possible ainsi que des pièces qui permettent à plusieurs générations de vivre ensemble sans se déranger. La proximité avec le Mont Saint Michel est un plus. Quelques remarques: -La cuisine est à l'étage donc pas très facile pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgées. -La cuisine très bruyante, le niveau sonore monte très vite -Bien indiquer où se trouve le local poubelle à l'arrivée car pas forcément visible.

Humidité

L'annonce doit comporter certains éléments qui ne figurent pas aujourd'hui et ces points sont essentiels à la prise de décision : -1/ Ce gîte est très humide (chambres, salle d'eau, pièces de vie...) Parmi nous un bébé astmatique et une personne avec des allergies dues à l'humidité. -2/ Si le gîte est déconseillé aux PMR il le devrait aussi pour les enfants tant l'escalier est raide. -3/ Le manque d'éclairage extérieur est une source d'insécurité pour rejoindre les chambres situées à l'extérieur du gîte. En conclusion, le groupe dit : Attention , ces points négatifs déprécient le séjour. J'ai loué la semaine prochaine dans un autre réseau car Abritel n'a pas assuré la qualité aux clients.

Très adapté à une réunion de famille

Nous avons organisé une réunion de famille (20 personnes de 5 à 80 ans) pendant un week-end dans ce gîte et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le gîte est bien aménagé et bien équipé. On peut prendre ses repas à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. L’environnement est agréable. Seul bémol : la route un peu bruyante en journée.

Belle destination pour grand groupe

La localisation et l'équipement est parfait pour un grand groupe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le seul bémol : absence de papier toilette et de savon pour les mains sans que soit précisé. Pareil pour le savon vaisselle.
