"Had a great time at the Metropole . First location is excellent, near the transport options and near the old part of the city. Staff, great . Got in early , which after a big trip was very appreciated. Room was great, space and a window that opened. Even some programs in English. Great clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. And the decor of the hotel was lovely. But our stay was made special by Laura who provided us with impeccable service every morning. She is friendly, kind, very bright and works extremely hard. Probably the best member of staff we encountered on our whole holiday. Thank you to her and the rest of the team."
