"The price is good. Location by the train was great for getting to Progressive Field. Staff was friendly. It's a 2 star hotel experience for sure but fine for a quick trip. The hotel shuttle backing up and beeping at 5am was awful though."

"Sufficient for our needs, but nothing to write home about. Overall impression was a bit run down, patched holes in walls, stains in tub, AC didn't work the best... beds were clean and comfortable, and staff was wonderful with assistance. There are no phones in the rooms, so you have to go to the front desk for anything you might need. Very sparse breakfast choices, but better than nothing!"

"The facility appears to be reasonably maintained. It seemed clean and initially we felt we had a nice room. However, someone had set the AC to 67!!! You could hang meat in our room and it wouldn't spoil. It took some time to get the room up to a temperature that we didn't have to wear coats. When I took a shower, there was no bathing soap in the dispenser!!! There was a light on the bed table, that kept flickering on and off all night. Trying to unplug it seemed dangerous, since the outlet seemed loose. Valet parking is crazy - $26 and I was told this is not run by the Holiday Inn, that instead it is operated/owned by Cleveland Clinic. Why would they charge so much for Valet Parking!? At $350+ per night one would expect this facility to be top notch and everything run perfectly. Sadly that was not the case. It has the potential to be a good place, but it needs some tough love. However, it is convenient to the Clinic campus and that's what we needed. Oh, and the toilets must have been measured for very small people. I'm only 5'8" and the seat was ridiculously low. My wife has back problems and only weighs 130- lbs, so it's not a weight issue....but she had trouble getting off the seat. We called room service and then brought up an add on seat that raised the height. Considering everything, the price for this facility is simply too much."

"I arrived very late and a wonderful woman named Eunice greeted me. I accidentally booked 2 doubles instead of a king. They were sold out and she managed to find me a king. She was very nice and did a wonderful job making my stay comfortable. The property is great, but the people that work there actually cared. I’m normally a Marriott guy, but this place has me looking at Hyatt again. Well done!"
