SOUNDFRONT Avon - Drum Rd. - This lovely home ON THE WATERFRONT offers spectacular views of the sound and sunsets over the Pamlico waters. Watersports enthusiasts will enjoy the direct access to the sound and canal from the bulkheaded lot and shallow-draft dock with a ladder down to the water. The main level of the home features 2 spacious king master bedrooms along with the great room with seating area, dining area and kitchen all flooded with light from the windows featuring gorgeous water views. The living area offers comfortable seating in front of the 42" Plasma home theater system with surround sound. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and other luxurious features. Step up to the second level for a private king master bedroom with private deck overlooking the sound. The home was built "green" with natural, sustainable materials and non-toxic finishes. Your family will feel at home ON THE WATERFRONT so make your reservation today! (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)

Great house, great location

We've stayed at many properties at the OBX. This was by far one of the very best! The home was clean, well furnished and located with a scenic view with close proximity to grocery store and restaurants. We'll definitely be staying here again!
