The small, quiet community is family and dog friendly. Two of your furry friends are welcome and the spacious lawn is the ideal place for them to run out the zoomies or for you to set up a volleyball net or cornhole. There’s a driveway to park three cars, a carport to store your gear and an outdoor shower to rinse off. The community offers a complimentary paved parking area, perfect for a boat trailer. Two bedrooms occupy the first level: one with a king bed and Smart TV and another with a double and a twin that share a hallway bath. A den on this level offers a comfy sofa and a Smart TV. You will also find a four-person hot tub on the first level deck, sheltered and shaded for all-weather use.

On the second level you will discover a well-equipped kitchen featuring a three-stool eat-at counter, perfect for quick breakfasts and keeping the chef company. The adjoining eight-seat dining table gives you the option to enjoy longer, leisurely dinners. Stream your favorite shows on the great room’s Smart TV or enjoy the natural programming that occurs from the sound-facing deck, a round-the-clock viewing of windsurfers, ospreys, and brilliant sunsets. On the third level deck — a private enclave for the adjoining king bedroom that features an ensuite bathroom and Smart TV — the views extend to the ocean, providing a sneak peek at the prevailing fishing conditions.
