She brings a calm and friendly presence that enhances the overall guest experience. Pedro, the supervisor, also deserves recognition. He consistently goes beyond his duties to ensure the property runs smoothly and that all areas are properly maintained. His hands-on approach and attention to detail reflect his strong commitment to both the staff and guests. "This property couldn't have been any cleaner and the staff could not have been any more kind and professional. I needed a late checkout, that was easy. My room was so clean and the bed, was one you never want to get out of. Breakfast was yummy and healthy. The property was beautiful. Snacks on sale incase you get hungry in the middle of the night. Easy check in. Clean nice pool. First time staying and I was impressed and thats not easy for me. Way to go Ramada! Thank you for a 5 star stay!"
