I highly recommend this hotel! It was very clean, with daily cleaning service that kept everything fresh and tidy. The breakfast that the receptionist/manager comped me was excellent. The A/C worked very well. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The surrounding area isn’t particularly attractive and it takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the old town.

Muy MALA GESTIÓN DE EXPEDIA, que sin mi consentimiento me cambió las fechas de alojamiento (del 3 al 4 que pedí yo, del 4 al 5 que me puso EXPEDIA) según comentario del Recepcionista práctica que hacen con frecuencia cuando está completo el Hotel, y te dan la fecha que QUIEREN , pero después de haber cobrado. Tiendo que ir, al estar completo el Hotel, a una PENSIÓN, que no reunía los mínimos exigibles. Intenté solucionarlo por teléfono y me fué imposible contactar con una PERSONA FÍSICA, ya que continuamente me salía un AUTÓMATA. Por todo ello RECLAMO me sea devuelto el IMPORTE que pagué por el Hotel Villalegre de Avilés. Y por supuesto habéis perdido toda MI CONFIANZA y SIMPATÍA por vosotros, que hasta ahora os había creído una Compañía Sería y Responsable. Mi móvil 606509495 y nombre Porfirio García, será todo un placer poder hablar con Ustedes.

Pues lo primero al llegar a cojer la habitación nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dijeron que ya no tenían y que a ellos les había llegado que eran 2 camas , que nosotros habíamos reservado con 2 camas cuando a mi en el correo electrónico tenía cama de matrimonio, parece ser que en este hotel el cliente no tiene la razón . Para colmo todos los días sin salir de la habitación por la mañana teníamos a la de la limpieza acosándonos para poder hacer la habitación llegando a entrar hasta 3 veces a preguntar lo cual no me parece ni medio normal .
