  • Newly renovated apartment in one of the most iconic squares in Avilés’ historic district. Pedestrian and shopping area, across from City Hall. Two double bedrooms with queen-size beds. Full bathroom with a 1.80-meter shower stall. Cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. It is located on the second floor of a four-story building with an lift. Access to the apartment via virtual keys.
