"Very nice old fashioned classy hotel right next to the Cathedral in Avila. The room was very spacious, bright and clean with a view of the Cathedral. The staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good, served in a spacious and air room. The location was very convenient with parking about 1/2 km away. The historical sites in Avila are wonderful. Walking the length of the wall is very cool."

"What a great little hotel! Room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and spacious with a good shower and historic touches such as antique light switches and exposed beams in the ceiling. Location by main gate and cathedral was perfect. Loved having a balcony style window that opened, overlooking the little narrow street.
