Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging an exceptionally early wakeup call with breakfast and tea to-go or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Mr. Fadi’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn.
I would also like to highlight how much I admire Mr. Mohammad’s exceptional leadership as the restaurant manager at the Compass Hotel. His dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere—always greeting guests with a smile and remembering their names. guiding the team to deliver seamless service, and ensuring delicious meals are consistently presented with care—truly elevates the entire dining experience.
