"We enjoyed the hotel and it was clean, our room had a rooftop patio with view and many amenities. The location was good for our conference but we had to Uber or walk quite a bit to see things. The food in the area was so-so and we experienced several instances of unfriendly service in Sevilla itself. We recognize this is a mostly Spanish speaking city, however, the attitude towards the effort to speak Spanish was not recognized and shop keepers and restaurants not in the immediate tourist area...

"The hotel was excellent. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and helpful and had a big smile throughout. We got a quiet room higher up, as requested. Breakfast was excellent, again with attentive staff. The rooftop bar and restaurant were great, again with helpful friendly staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. There was even a pillow menu to ensure optimal sleep. The hotel is in easy walking distance of all historic sites and monuments and we had no need of public transport....

"A glorious spot on one of the main shopping streets about 10 mins walk to the Cathedral. Looks ordinary from the outside but large and comfortable inside sharing a site with a Japanese restaurant in a converted church. PS the restaurant has a clever robot serving.
