Avalon Townhome ideally located with the bay, beach and downtown Avalon steps away! This 3 story, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is ideally situated close to downtown Avalon and only 3.5 blocks to the beach. Accommodating up to 11 guests, the first floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway. The first bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the second doubles as a family room, equipped with a sofa, television, and a pyramid bunk bed (full bed with single bed).

Ascend to the second level where you'll find a spacious great room featuring a custom kitchen, center island with seating for four, and a dining area accommodating six more guests. The living area provides access to an outdoor sundeck, perfect for entertaining or enjoying alfresco dining. Additionally, a powder room and the master suite, complete with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, are located on this level. On the third level, you'll find two more bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a king-sized bed and access to a private sundeck. These bedrooms share a hallway full bathroom.

Great location and Great Owner

The 1/2 house is very spacious with three floors and an open floor plan. Great location and a very responsive owner made our stay wonderful. We will be back again.
