4/10 Poor

"The room was clean. Older hotel on the website it shows a pool in a balcony now that’s not included. There’s a sister motel which I think is the Econo Lodge for five blocks away or the Radisson, which you have to drive to and we do not have a car there’s no courtyard or any place to sit outside the building. We first checked in we got our cards and was sent up to the fifth floor and cards and at work and then when I went back down, got cards at work was in their room for a minute and a fire alarm went off and everybody had a walk down five flights and wait for the fire alarm and the fire department to get there 15 minutes later not a good start. We’re really upset about the pool really wanted a pool to sit outside. It’s Cocoa Beach beach I guess was a couple blocks away, but we didn’t wanna go to the beach. I probably wouldn’t stay there again. I would choose a different hotel. I think if you look at their website and what they’re advertising, it’s almost false advertising."

"We stayed here for a night right before our cruise. Everything was great. We even parked our truck at the hotel and got a transfer to our cruise port. The ONLY issue we had had to do with where I parked the truck. I parked my truck close to the dumpsters for the 6 days we were gone. In that time, a rodent had found its way to my truck and chewed through some wires. Luckily it wasn't anything serious, and we were able to make the 16 hour drive home without any major issues. I would still stay here again, and leave my truck there. I would just stop at a big box store and purchase some rodent repellent and drop it on the ground around my truck next time, not a big deal. But if they had gotten into any major components, we would have been stuck there."

"Check-in was smooth. The room I was assigned too had a strong odor. Went back to front desk and was offered to change rooms, which I did. The new room was better; however, we quickly discovered that there was no hot water when we went to take a shower. Apparently, the entire building had no hot water. Hoping that they were not aware of the problem before providing a room change, because that should have been communicated to us, if that was the case. The room phone was not working as well. We had to use our cellphones to contact the front desk."

"Toilet would not flush had to remove top 4 times in 2 days, smell of bug spray in rooms, door hard to open, the elevator took a long time to open , the valet parking was very slow after 15 min pre call had to wait 15 min for car. Resulting late for a wedding!"
