This 2nd floor 2 br/3bath lake front condo has been newly renovated by the new owners. Sleeps 4. New towels, new linens---all for you to enjoy. Also has free cable and secured WiFi.

Unit #202 offers luxury and tranquility with a full lake view from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master en-suite. Add to it the private balcony overlooking the lake and beach and you have the perfect getaway.

Lake Erie Vista is 5 minutes away from the famous Geneva on the Lake strip where you can enjoy Eddie's Grill, Madsen Donuts, Lake House and Fire House wineries. Spire Institute is a mere 15 minute drive . Over 25 wineries within a 30 minute ride. The historic Ashtabula Harbor and Bridge Street just 15 minutes to the east with some of the best restaurants like Briquettes SmokeHouse, Rennicks Meat Market, Hil Maks Seafood. Stop in for a coffee at Harbor Perk and visit Marianne's Chocolate Shop all on Bridge Street and hopefully catch a glimpse of the Bascule Lift Bridge raising for the boats leaving the Marina. If it's Italian you crave Allesandro's and Purola Brothers are located 5 miles to the east of the Vista on Lake Rd.

We try to make this visit as easy for you as possible providing linens, towels, soaps, paper products, everything you need in the kitchen plus a Keurig and Mr. Coffee. And if you need it and cannot find it just call and we will do our best to get what you need right over to you since our manager is always available to help.

The accommodations were more than expected. The place was stocked with all kitchen necessities and everything was clean. It was nicely decorated as well. Our only issue was with the sheets. The bottom sheet would not stay in place. But the view was perfect. Would stay there again.

Beautiful property

We stayed for a weekend during Thunder on the Strip. Plenty of parking (including trailers). Beautiful property with awesome views of Lake Erie. Indoor pool. I can’t recommend this property enough. I will definitely book again. Condo is first class.

Beautiful Condominium

We had a wonderful stay!! Very open floor plan, everything sparkling clean topped off with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. The only recommendation would be to add television's to the bedrooms. Great communications with Debbie, the property manager. She is the best!

Absolutely wonderful!

This condo is perfect. It is beautiful. It is clean, has up to date appliances and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything you need is there - towels, bedding, kitchen essentials etc. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of lake. The entire property is comfortable and clean. The manager, Debbie, had wonderful suggestions and we can't thank her enough. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo. I thought we were somewhere in the Caribbean with the beautiful breathtaking views. Condo is very spacious, plenty of room for a family. It was very clean and organized. Kitchen had all necessary utensils; would recommend getting new non stick pans. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were cozy. We will be back!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Debbie was a wonderful host. She was readily available with any request. If you are looking forward to a great dinner, i recommend the restaurants on bridge street in Ashtabula. Being that it was the off season, not everything was available in Geneva on the Lake. However, we did enjoy the wineries in the area. Bandon our diver took us to all the wineries on our list and recommend a few excellent ones that were not. We will be back in the spring,God willing.

We booked this condo for my Mom’s 75th birthday. The condo was very well equipped and the location was excellent! It was very clean and the Manager Debbie was easily accessible. We have stayed at many different properties in Geneva and this was by far our favorite. Highly recommend!
