Everything was really great! The staff was pleasant, and thanks to Hanes’s upgrades, we stayed in a suite instead of a standard room. As always, Hyatt had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were tasty too 😊

Upon checkin the gentleman at the front was not friendly or welcoming. Seemed robotic in his verbiage and a welcoming environment. Did not explain where elevators were and we had to look which direction to go. When going to the bar upon opening bartender did not acknowledge us or anyone waiting. ...
