It sounds like they are working to update the property, but it still needs a lot of work. Hallway carpets were old and dirty. Our Air Conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, we couldn’t get the room cool. The bathroom was nice, the room small but adequate. Price was high for what we have seen on our trip. Staff was great! This property was disappointing for the price we paid

The room we were assigned in, 119, was in poor condition. Left side of the bed made creeking sound every time I move, cabinets were peeling, when you put the bathroom light on, one light keeps on blinking, the door lock was not properly placed, it made a loud noise every time you open the door. Called receptionist in the evening for maintenance guy to come, but nobody came, even in the following day.

My room was pretty clean. The downstairs was pretty clean for the most part. The hallways on the room floors were not great (carpets REALLY stained and not very clean). Elevators were so-so. The entire room and hotel needs some serious updating. It has definitely seen its share of use and seems to be in neglect at this point. The fact that it was mostly clean though, which was why I stayed. That along with the fact that the town was heavily booked when I went and I had my pug with me, which limits hotel stay opportunities. Shower had good water temp and pressure, which I definitely appreciated. The tv remote looked like someone ate a pizza and then used it - pretty gross. The bed was pretty comfortable. I appreciated having 4 pillows. The AC was horrible. It was one of the old wall units that is more like a swamp cooler and was insanely loud. I didn't realize just how loud it was until the power went out for a few hours. The staff at check in were all great - very nice. The waitress in the restaurant was horrible (I went twice because I forgot to just use door dash to get something better). She kept wiping her nose with her hand, running her hands through her hair and scratching her face, mopping the floors during closing time, and removing the cleaning pad without then washing her hands before handling silverware or people's food. Cleaning for the night's end while still serving customers, isn't the greatest idea IMO. Would I go back? Maybe if I had nowhere else to stay.

Room was relatively clean except for hair balls on the floor behind the bathroom door. Room was only provided with 2 towels for 3 people staying. Had to get more towels from staff each day. Shower spray was very strong. Very hard to get right so my family could shower. Wifi in the fitness room was sketchy so difficult to watch our phones while we worked out. Glad they were close to the airport and easy to get into downtown Austin.

The room was pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I do like how we had a back door leading us to the pool/ gym/ outside area. I do have to say that was the BEST part of the room. Super friendly staff, who helped add on an extra night to our stay and they even made it easy on us by keeping the same room! We were not too far from food which was also a plus. Can I say, if you never tried P Terrys to me it was much better than In N Out!!!! Also… only downfall was being right in front of staff closets, when they get started for work, you can definitely hear them bright and early at 6am…….. for light sleepers it did kind of suck. Made the most of it.

Overall the property was acceptable. On the 2nd floor, many of the room doors are missing paint or otherwise need some updating. This is not a MAJOR deal, but it does make it look/feel in need of attention. The landscaping at the entrance of the hotel is in need of a lot of attention. High grass/ weeds....needs lawn maintenance. Curb appeal is important with many hotel guests, among other things.

It was a surprise that free breakfast available because it wasn't mentioned on Expedia. Hallway carpet smell really bad (I was on 2nd floor) but the room was clean since it's laminated flooring. There was a tray but no hand soap in the bathroom

Beautiful front lobby and waiting area. Property was clean and staff was very friendly. Shower water pressure and heat was amazing. I only wish the refrigerator provided was cold enough for safe food storage, rather than functioning as a cooler at 65 degrees.

Our shower head was completely broken off the wall. We had to hold it in our hand in order to shower. Very inconvenient… but the staff did appear prepared to see to it after we checked out.

The property is older but renovated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is surprisingly quiet being right next to the interstate. It was in a super convenient location, parking was easy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean. This room had one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on at a hotel. Definitely recommend!

The staff was super friendly! Easy to check in and convenient location for where we were going on Friday night - plus they allow Dogs!! We have stayed here several times and were always happy with the property ... This time, I specifically asked to be in a room with the patio facing the parking lot - we were placed on opposite side with no outdoor access! The bathroom shower ceiling appeared very dirty - black in lots of areas - the shower had very low pressure BUT was BOILING HOT if barely turned?!?!?? Lighting in bathroom was very dim also - AND only a mirror in the bathroom?? Women need another mirror someplace!! Not sure that we will stay there again - which saddens me ...
