-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Perfect for UT visit

Great location, perfect stay for family. Walking distance to Grocery, 6th street and more. Stayed for UT football game and everything is either walkable or very short drive. Would stay again!

Fun time in Austin

Cute house and loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The location was fantastic as it offered a short walk to some great food and drink and also breakfast in the morning. It was also great being so close to downtown Austin. We had a great stay here and I would recommend it to others who are visiting Austin with friends.

Awesome stay. The place was clean, comfortable and felt safe. It is an excellent neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and longer walks downtown. It's kind of perfect here!

Great property and location

This was our first trip to Austin but we don’t intend for it to be our last. We love Austin. We found the property very welcoming and so conveniently located. If I were to make any suggestion for improvement, it would be to add some drawer storage to the primary bedroom. But overall, it was a great trip!

This house was a perfect house for a weekend in Austin: - Downtown was only a 5-minute Uber ride - A grocery store, coffee shop and a couple of restaurants were just one block away. - The house was super clean with everything that we needed.
