Location, View and Comfort!!!

We just had a fantastic stay at this property! Amazing view from our balcony and the unit was very well equipped and spotless! I was happily surprised that it was in a part of downtown where there aren't many homeless so felt safe to walk everywhere even late at night after enjoying the 6th street bars that are close enough to walk to (about a half mile). We didn't get a chance to use the pool area but it looked like a great place to hang out. Only complaint is the elevators in the building are very slow, so on check out day if you have a flight to catch be sure to allow a few extra minutes but it really wasn't a bother for us. We all agree we would definitely stay again!

Great Condo

Spacious, modern and beautiful condo in a great part of town; walking distance to bars/restaurants. Only two negatives; one was that car parking was unfortunately an additional fee. Given this wasn't a cheap rental, it was a shame that parking couldn't have been included. The other negative was unsolicited calls from timeshare folks trying to sell more time across other properties. Other than that, a perfect place and a memorable trip.

Great Location

Great location, rooms were clean. Only issue we had was at check in, we had to wait 40 mins. Got the room keys at 4:40 and had a rehearsal dinner to get to at 5:00. They did send a gift basket for the mixup. Other than that the place was really nice.

Amazing place and location. Very clean and well equipped!

This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. Everything was super easy and you can’t beat the price. I travel to Austin often and will definitely look for this place again.
