Rough neighborhood. Apartment complex very run-down in general. Eviction notice seen on door of one unit. Live roaches seen in the rental. Very loud noise of compressor (or some other equipment) right outside front door of unit made living room unpleasant at best. Dishwasher smelled of mildew and mold. Three people staying in unit and towels/bedding only provided for two. When contacted host for assistance, none was provided. Stay at your own risk! You couldn’t pay me enough to stay here again!

Host was great and easy to communicate with. Listing wasn’t quite what we were expecting as the place ended up being quite dated — peeling walls in the bathroom/shower etc. Location was good, minus the confused rooster nearby who squawked at odd hours throughout the night.Lastly, there were only two towels for our entire stay which wasn’t the best. However the bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept great the entire time! Would have liked to see a slightly cleaner mattress though since as a guest, we were expected to take the sheets off before checkout.
