We provide free use of paddleboards and a kayak. Be sure to check online for the latest lake conditions before booking to avoid any surprises (52%+ full gives direct lake access and views are great at 45%+).

And there is much more to enjoy: Grill up some BBQ on the patio, unwind in the hot tub, or simply relax under the shade with a cold drink in hand. Beyond the outdoors, you'll find a well-equipped games room, perfect for friendly competition or rainy-day fun.

This house isn’t about polished perfection—it’s about authenticity, space, and a little slice of Austin spirit. Each room tells a story with its well-loved, lived-in feel, making it a welcoming spot for your whole crew. While the basement bathroom and 2 bedrooms lean rustic and admittedly aren't amazing (the downstairs shower requires a pump & the rooms are small), the rest of the home is more modern and makes up the difference with charm, comfort, and a beautiful 2-story open living room & kitchen. The main areas feature king beds, a double bed, and a king sofa bed, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to recharge.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, and the outdoor grill makes it easy to add BBQ to your menu. Enjoy meals indoors or al fresco, with dining options to suit every mood. Convenient in-home laundry facilities make it easy to keep things fresh during your stay, and an unfinished storage area between the main floor and basement provides extra space.

Guest Access:
You'll have complete access to the full home. You may park up to 4 vehicles maximum in the driveway.

There are nearby public boat ramps. Our dock is always usable for kayaks/paddleboards. And it can accommodate small boats and jet skis whenever Lake Travis is at least 63% full. For larger boats, expect around 67%+ full (67% is well below historical averages, but Lake Travis does fluctuate a lot). If your boat can't dock, you can still park it at the house and use the public boat ramps nearby. Water levels of the lake can fluctuate during the year, please check Lake Travis water levels online before booking so there's no surprises. Please note that currently the lake levels are very low.

The Neighborhood:
The house has a fantastic location! Marina restaurant (~1 min), boat rentals (5-12 min), grocery stores (~6 min), flyboarding lessons (8 min), public boat ramp (8 min), public golf courses (7-20 min), the Oasis restaurant (12 min), ziplining (20 min), Hill Country vineyards (~25 min), downtown Austin (~30 min).

Getting Around:
You'll have the whole house to yourself, so please make yourself at home.

• Please note that the shuffleboard table is currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
• In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to acknowledge the house rules. This can be done by a secured link.
• Currently the water levels of the lake are very low.
• To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you!
• Please be aware that security cameras are installed at the main entrance of the property, as well as on the upstairs and downstairs porches. These cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the entrance and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe environment for all our guests.
• We want our home to constantly be in great shape for guests. We aim for all work to be done in-between guest visits, but scheduling in Austin can be tough with labor shortages. There may be lawn service or pest control during your stay. Please note that every Thursday our maintenance team comes by to service the pool.

• Early Check in- $30/hr (upon availability)
• Late Check out -$30/hr (upon availability)
•Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night for hot tub and $75/night for pool and $100/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in! Running low? Get a one-time refill for just $55 and keep the grill going!
• We love pets and they’re welcome at the house, the fee is $50 per pet.
