Tiny Home at Village Farms with Pool & Hot Tub

  • Wanna try Tiny living? Here`s your chance. Simply Southern ATX is located in Village Farm Agrihood on the east side of Austin, near the Travis County Expo Center.

    Simply Southern sleeps 4 in two Queen beds; bedroom downstairs with door, loft is 2nd bedroom. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer with detergent for your use.

    There are Roku TVs in both the Living room and Bedroom. Covered porch/patio space with couches.

    Relax at one of the two community pools, hot tub, or use the pocket parks where there are grills and fire pits. The community also hosts an organic farm, two large dog parks and an exercise room. Relax at one of the two community pools or Hot Tub. Use the pocket parks where there are grills and fire pits. Onsite Coffee truck Fri-Sun.

    Property Manager / Host and onsite maintenance available for help 24/7.

    Please note, there is an additional $50 cleaning charge per week AFTER the first week.

Loved the Tiny house

Comfortable, clean, safe and quiet neighborhood! Loved having the 2 televisions ,parking and all the home amenities. First time going to Texas , enjoyed our visit .Would definitely stay here again

Tiny House Tresure

We needed a place to stay in Austin for Fr-Sat nights with pets. This house was perfect! We also had our adult son join us and he slept I the loft. We all loved the convenience to downtown Austin, the property and the house itself. Highly recommend this place!!!

We had a few issues when we first arrived but Sean and Van took care of everything right away! Communication was awesome and they were very responsive and helpful in every way! We will hopefully be staying again in August for one last time this summer.
