You know it’s a good omen for a vacation rental when our first renter was only supposed to stay in the Sweet for two nights...and ended up staying a month!

The Sweet is a one-bedroom condo in the same building as the Treehouse, The Retro, ATX House, Heart House and Studio, however it is the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive. It's very quiet!

The bedroom features a Tempurpedic king bed, a large closet and a large full length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a meal or just have a fresh cup of coffee with our drip pot, coffee beans and grinder. And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request.

All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!

You just won’t find a better value for this location and size of the unit. The Sweet most certainly is sweet.

Short Turn in Lubbock

Excellent place to stay! This staff less hotel checks all the right boxes as far as communication, instructions, accommodation and cleanliness that make this place a little hidden gem. Will definitely be looking to stay here anytime I am in Lubbock.

Great weekend!

I stayed at The Heart House for a weekend celebrating Mother's Day with my mom and daughter. We had a wonderful time. The Heart House is well appointed, clean and in a fantastic location. I will definitely stay here for future visits with my daughter!

Quiet location

The Sweet is in a great, quiet location in Zilker. Close enough to walk to Barton Springs and Terry Black’s. The Sweet was clean and well furnished.

The unit is near Zilker park which was a great place to walk our dogs. Our unit was very clean and the place was well kept. We did not use the kitchen except for breakfast but it appeared well stocked. The place is in a nice neighborhood

The Sweet was "sweet"

Lovely and clean property. Thank you for the filtered water and amazing selection of spices! Next time I stay, I will be prepared to cook. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Great Location near Zilker Park

Very cute and comfortable 1 bedroom unit in the heart of the Zilker neighborhood of Austin. Pictures were very accurate, unit was very clean, and in good working order. Nice little kitchen was perfect for our morning coffee, and reheating our left-over BBQ. On-site laundry room came in handy. Great neighborhood to walk around and get your steps in too. We would definitely consider this location again for our next Austin stay.

Great Location

The Sweet is ideally located for services and recreation and is easily accessible to museums, park trails, and the very layered Austin transportation system. The hosts are responsive and direct. The condo was clean and well-stocked with traveler necessities. Would use their services again.

Just Right- Perfect for 1 or 2

Clean, well organized space with everything you need for a stay. Kitchen had everything you might need to cook with. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of towels. Internet was fast. Easy walk to anything in Zilker Park, Barton Springs or South Larmar. Space was quiet at night and the AC worked like a champ. Would stay here again, if its available the next time I'm in town.

Super apartment!

The apartment is very clean, there is enough room for everything, the bed was so comfortable we slept so good! The kitchen was well equipped. We loved being close to wonderful Zilker Park and downtown. The only thing is that there was not much daylight in the apartment. But apart of that we can highly recommend it!

Short Walk to Barton Springs

Property was cozy, clean, and in a great location! Walk to Barton Springs/ Zilker park. 8$ Lyft ride to downtown. The door code was not the last four digits of my cellphone number but the property manager responded within 30 mins (on a Saturday afternoon). She also allowed us to check in an hour early without any issues. Would highly recommend!

Funky Austin-vibe condo

Excellent stay in every way, starting with the name of The Sweet- gotta love it. The owners were 100% responsive, including to the arrival unlock moment when the inept guest (moi) couldn't figure out the keypad. What property owner answers their phonr on the first ring. She even voluntarily told us the unit was ready 1 hour early! Comfy cozy bed (delicious vacation sleep), plenty of dishes, pots, pans to cook an elaborate meal one night, and board games galore. We porch sat most morning because of the quiet, privacy, and view of just trees. Lovely in every way. lick.

Great location

This property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Austin. We had one free parking spot available to us and there was more free parking on the street. There is a staircase to get down to the entrance so if you have trouble going up and down steep stairs keep this in mind. The unit was very clean and had every essential item that you could possibly need available. The locally fresh roasted coffee was a huge perk. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedsheets were clean and soft. The bedroom was nice and dark at night. AC worked great. Communication with the host was excellent. I am detail oriented so I really appreciated the details provided for our stay. We took an Uber on most of our trips and never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a ride. I would absolutely stay here again. The unit was so nice and clean and located to many amazing restaurants. We enjoyed Italian fare at Juliet’s and the famous Terry Blacks is less than 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants a nice place close to downtown Austin.
