The house has been beautifully renovated and is close to The Domain. Positives: clean, as pictured, safe neighborhood, garage. Negatives: We did not receive check-in instructions until I messaged the property manager when we arrived at 11 pm, which was a little stressful after a long day of driving. One of the mattresses was VERY old and sunk in the middle. Kitchen equipment was limited. There was no welcome book with instructions or suggestions. We couldn’t figure out how to warm up the hot tub out back. I had to replace the battery so the fan would work in one of the bedrooms and one of the closet doors was broken. Overall, it was fine, but certainly could have better preparation for guests.
