Get ready to unwind in our comfy haven designed just for you. Our two bedrooms now come with the perfect setup for your best night's sleep – one with a spacious King-Size Bed and the other with a cozy Queen-Size Bed. Sink into the embrace of our eco-friendly memory foam mattresses, and let the high-quality linens add a touch of class to your relaxation time. The bathroom keeps it practical with a tub/shower combo, plenty of storage, and chic designer fixtures. We've got you covered with towels and a handy hairdryer to keep things hassle-free.

CHEF'S KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven and hood, pull-out pantry, dishwasher, disposal, coffee makers, french press, toaster, and blender. The Galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversation, games, or laptop time.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY You can travel with your dog/s, but the weight can't exceed 60 pounds (combined if traveling with more than 1). Breed restrictions apply, and our pet fee is $25 per night, pet (A flat-rate fee can be arranged for stays over 30 days):
• Heavy shedding dogs and dogs under one year of age are not allowed.
• Dogs must be groomed close to the check-in date, including nails trimmed, and must be up to date on medications, flea prevention, etc.
• Dogs must stay off of the furniture, beds, and linens. We can provide sofa protectors.
• Dogs must not bark excessively.
• You must clean all dog waste in the yard daily.
• Pet owner will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by the pet.

A little gem in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay, this house had everything we needed! It is also within walking distance to a great park and South Congress Avenue which has many shops and restaurants! We can’t wait to return!

A perfect place/home base for exploring Austin. We loved the neighborhood and its proximity to South Congress. We also enjoyed walking on the Lady Bird Lake trail. Very comfortable beds!

Relax in Austin

Located in a convinient suburb just across the lake from downtown Austin this modern, comfortable and well fitted out home is an ideal place to stay for couples or families. Shops and restaraunts are a short walk away and more action is a simple Uber ride into town (under $10). Had a great stay and we'll book again when we next visit Austin.

Nice house in a great location. Owners are easy to work with. It's a quiet neighborhood and there is a park only a few blocks away, which is convenient if you bring a dog. The back yard is large, also convenient if you bring a dog. We will stay again.

Beautiful house and yard

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was fully equipped and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, we were close to everything and we were only a 10-minute drive away to see my family. Dani was great and helpful.
