Exceptionally clean! Delightfully decorated w/cowboy hats & a wall display w/Classic Country vinyl albums + a record player to give them a spin on!! Within walking distance of downtown Georgetown which is magnificently preserved & vibrant. As a runner, trails are everywhere & easy to access. Plus a great food scene!!

Georgetown Find!

Not only did they accommodate our last minute reservation…communication was great; fast and detailed. Location was very convenient . It is close to soo many places to eat, coffee shops, wineries, and dessert. You can walk and not have to worry about parking in the town square when it gets busy.

We loved our stay at The Green Room Studio…perfect for a quick 2 day getaway from Houston to explore Georgetown and Sun City! Communication from the host was great and no issues encountered while staying at the property. I definitely recommend!!!
