  • Escape to this enchanting 4-bedroom house plus loft on the water in Point Venture. With 4 king beds and a Loft with a Full/Twin bunk bed, guests will feel right at home. Relax on the back deck looking at wildlife on this beautiful 1.5-acre backyard or unwind by the firepit after a day of exploring. This home is the closest home in Point Venture to the park area, private boat ramp, and the Lake Travis Beach (when water level is down). We also have a boat dock for tying up your boat (check with owner on water levels). Stay connected with WiFi and stay comfortable with AC and heating. We look forward to welcoming you to our happy place.

We had a great time at this property! The view and the location was perfect. Tim was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. The private boat ramp made for an extra smooth boating process. Can't wait for our next visit to enjoy some coffee on the balcony and watch the beautiful deers explore nearby!
