Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we turned right around and booked somewhere else.
The room smelled strongly like urine, there were bugs everywhere, and the pillow had visible stains on it. The door lock was barely attached and didn’t feel secure at all, which was honestly concerning. On top of that, several things in the room were broken or missing.
It felt dirty, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Save yourself the time and money—do not stay here.
My second worse stay ever. Rooms filled with cockroaches and bugs. The cockroaches were crawling all over the room and my rooms light wasn’t working. When I told the front desk staff and showed him the light didn’t work and even showed him a cockroach on the bed, the normal thing for him to do was switch me rooms ! Instead, he just brought a lamp from his office and put it in the corner while he told a staff member to spray where the cockroach was. It wasn’t until I told him to switch me rooms that he switched me rooms but even then, the other room had cockroaches too! The rooms are remodeled for the most part which makes no sense while they’re full of cockroaches and insects. I had to cancel my stay and boom a different hotel.
Didn’t read reviews before booking, I hope you do! This place is terrible. Killed 4 roaches within 2 minutes of stepping foot inside. We didn’t even take our bags up… slept in the car and used the shower… their motto is they work while you sleep so it’s literally always under construction…. Just bad… but that was my fault for not doing research .
This property should not be listed as a safe place to stay. The “renovated” room was in poor condition—the front door didn’t close properly and had large gaps, making it impossible to secure. There was damaged and missing drywall, and the bathroom looked poorly assembled from mismatched materials. The property also appeared to have no other guests, only workers, which added to the feeling of being unsafe. I did not feel comfortable staying and left immediately. This place needs to be reviewed and removed until it meets basic safety standards.
