The bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain. The room was not clean. Unfortunately the pictures online were deceiving, and the fridge in the room wasn’t working. The staff were friendly and the bar area was nice.

Evening dining was at the lobby bar, so it was not very conducive to meeting w/client or other. My steak was overly salty, (however, the bartender did offer to return it and get another for me. I declined because my dinner guest had another meeting after ours and I didn't have time to wait for another meal to be prepared. His food was fine.).

This hotel has drastically gone down hill in the past year. The inside pool was filled with leaves and not heated as their websites advertises. There were no towels in the amenities area. I went to the front desk to ask for towels to be brought out. After waiting almost 20min, I gave up and walked my cold wet child through the lobby. There were stains and trash in the elevators that worked. I was so incredibly disappointed with the state of the hotel.

I stayed at this property a few times only once when I was the Omni now it’s changed to a different name overall it’s still a good hotel. It’s clean it’s quiet.I think my only complaint is that if you’re trying to get something to eat especially late night you may have to drive a little bit down the road to get something.

Stayed for from Friday-Sunday to attend a music festival. It was easy to get to and had major stores like Walmart and Target within 10 minutes. Not too far from downtown ATX. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking gets a little full later at night, but no major complains. My second time staying at this hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Was here for a work convention, and have attended several at this location. Meeting facilities are good, but when you are listening to speakers in the same interior room from 7:30a-4:30p coffee is quite necessary, and one carafe of coffee for all attendees doesn’t go far. I got a junior suite on my own because it was cheaper than the room block price. We had a car so SoCo district, our fave city section, was close. Too bad there’s no sight/sound barrier like taller wall and/or hedge of trees between pool area (which could be nice) and very busy interstate on ramps. For the room price, we’ll attend more conferences here tho.

The room was great! The front desk ladies were very friendly. My biggest complaint is we called BEFORE reserving the room to all about the pool. That was our MAIN reason for staying at this hotel. We asked if the pool was open and we were told yes, which it was opened. We asked if the pool was heated and we were told yes it stays at 80°, the pool was ICE cold. We were not able to use it so that was very disappointing. It would be great for the summer.

The place was clean but The nose from the Highway was terrible. The coffe maker or Mini Fridge didn't work and when I told them about it they didnt care and just asked me if I would like my receipt sent to me by email and nothing else. I will not be coming back...

Rooms haven’t been updated in ages. Feels dingy and our room had a smoke smell to them. Staff were very nice though and the hotel was a good distance from downtown. Never felt unsafe in the hotel or around the area. It’s fine if you’re just using it as a room for the evening.

Good hotel
Check in was kinda a hassle but then they made it right by giving us a free upgrade because of how long it took them to get us checked in. The hotel is not brand new and you could see somethings that could be fixed but it didnt mess with how you felt in the room. I was comfortable with the price they asked per night and would stay again.

I booked a room at Austin Southpark because they advertised having a sauna. They also had photos of the pool area with a hot tub in the background. There was no mention of a hot tub in the list of amenities, but a sauna was listed. Our room had a balcony and was advertised as having views of downtown Austin. Well, the hot tub, seen in the pool photos, had been filled in with concrete (not even a planter), the sauna was out of order, and the view was of the underside of a highway overpass. The doorway threshold to the balcony was weirdly raised creating a tripping hazard. I paid extra for listed amenities that were not delivered as advertised. It is actually a Marriott hotel though nothing indicated this on the listing. The lobby was nice enough but I don't care about that. Front desk workers were fine, but other than checking in we had no contact with them. It was a very disappointing stay, especially for a Marriott hotel, mainly because of not delivering on what was advertised. Without the amenities there was absolutely no reason to have stayed there, and I could have saved a lot of money and been closer to the concert venue I was in town for.

I got in around 10pm and Came into my room to nothing on the bed apart from pillows that had no pillow cases, food and drink along with trash from the person who previously stayed in the room and it didn’t get cleaned till around 2pm the next day. Apart from that everything else was great.
