This is easily the best location to start your ATX adventure! Just a short walk away from Barton Springs and Zilker Park for all of the festivals such as ACL. A quick Uber gets you to downtown or enjoy a short and scenic walk to Lady Bird Lake. Going to South by Southwest (SXSW)? Make this Zilker pad your home base!

The space
This one bedroom condo is professionally renovated, has all new appliances and furnishings, sleeps four, and has a spacious private backyard.

The rental comes with TWO reserved parking spots. Additional vehicles can park on the street.

Nice condo building and green space! Looks just like the pictures, very clean, loved the plants and artwork. Excellent location, easy to drive to UT campus, SoCo, out to Hillcountry, East side and a short walk to the parks. Neighborhood is clean and feels very safe. Had a great stay!

My family and I were in Austin for a wedding for the weekend and we weren’t ready to leave yet, so last minute we found this gem of a place and couldn’t have been more happy! Walking distance to zilkr park which my kids loved and the restaurants they recommended were top notch! Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town, thank you so much!

Cutest place to stay as I visited family nearby. They had all the essentials plus alot of really nice extras. Great neighborhood. Walked to nearby sculpture museum. Metro bike rentals at end of street. Hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay for a wedding down the street. The property was beautiful, cozy and clean. Just minutes from downtown for all of the wedding festivities we attended. Definitely recommend!

Wanted to do a short weekend trip with the girls. Checkin and getting in and out of u it was easy and we loved the yard for the puppies to play in. Wish there was better kcups, creamer, and doggie bags are only suggestions. Loved that it was so close to park and spring. Also loved dedicated parking spot.

Everything was smooth from booking through check in. The property was clean and decorated so cute! It was comfy and perfect for the 2 of us. Parking was really convenient, this property was only a couple miles from all of the downtown attractions so easy to get to. The hosts left complimentary drinks in the fridge and coffee pods, which was handy til we got settled. If we come back to Austin in the future, we would definitely stay here again!

Property was great? Jess and Kevin had the property available for us to check in a couple hour a early. They provided the check-in information well before check-in time. Place was very clean. Very cute and inviting space. There’s a huge backyard if you bring pets. Biggest plus is it’s walking distance from Zilker Park trails. Will 100% be staying here again!

Wonderful place for the girls to stay for ACL music festival. Ez check in, exactly as shown online, nice area in Zilker area, Condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the bed was amazingly comfortable. There was a great convenience store right around the corner that had practically everything. Quiet neighborhood with parking right outside the unit. Hosts were quick with response and suggestions where to dine. Huge fenced in backyard, wish I was traveling with my fur babies, they would have loved it as well. Will definitely book again if we’re in the area again.👍

My daughter and I went to Austin for a sports tournament. Since we would be there for a couple of days I wanted a place that was comfortable with a kitchen. I wanted a peaceful spot where we could come back at the end of each day and relax. This place ticked all of the boxes and more. It was spotlessly clean, the decor Of the space was modern, yet very cozy. Since it was my daughter and I ,safety was important and we felt very safe. Great communication from our host. Would recommend for families,solo travelers. Thank you!

Location was amazing! Probably 15 min from every location that we wanted to go to (south congress, downtown, Eddie V’s, garden, etc), owners communication was perfect as well! Made our anniversary getaway/experience even better — would recommend this property to anyone for any occasion!
