The mattress and remote were held together with duct tape. The floor left your feet a interesting brown color. The lobby had the workers snacks sitting under the coffee table and the breakfast was scary looking enough we decided to pass on eating it despite booking a place with breakfast being our priority. The pool was closed and hadn't looked cleaned in a long time. And overall we laughed at how ridiculous it really seemed. Bravo on the photos of the advertisement because they managed to make it look much nicer. The view was wonderful and it was cheap. So if your willing to laugh and be a little uncomfortable it's okay.

Safe, clean, good location for the weekend event we need to be, proprietor tried his best to accommodate our party of 3 rooms on a weekend when practically all hotels are fully booked. Have been using this property for the last several years, like the quietness and easy parking and safe location. The location was perfect for our family visit and the rooms were nice; hotel has some great views. The breakfast was very basic (waffle maker, toaster, cereal dispensers), had to “heat your own” breakfast sandwiches, but they were good. Breakfast beverages were available. The staff was friendly, room rates were great and we had no issues! Would definitely stay again!

Love this family run hotel. Amazing views from your balcony, which is featured in every room. Beautiful pool, very peaceful and tucked enough away from 620 that you forget you’re so close to the bee caves galleria and lakeway shopping. The sunsets are breathtaking. You have got to make sure you stay at this hidden gem next time you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the beautiful hill country!!
