This was a very beautiful and clean house. There was so much amazing things to do and the house was in the middle of everything. This is going to be our home away from home every time we stay in Austin.

We had a great stay in Austin for the eclipse weekend. The place is as advertised, nice easy communication w Dan, plenty of space for two couples. Great outdoor roof space. Location close to the river - easy walks/short Uber rides to all the fun spots. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Loved the 2nd floor deck and fire pit. 5 minute walk to the River (Lady Bird Lake) walking trail and coffee truck “Noble Joe” with outdoor seating.

Very nice and well appointed unit. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedroom set up was perfect for 2 ladies. The road noise was a bit much for me, a light sleeper but both room were equipped with ocilating fans that helped with the noise. All in all a good stay.

Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go

Stayed for for ACL - plenty of close and good food options within a short walk and quick/easy access to the festival and downtown. Inside its clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Didn't use the deck due to the heat but would have definitely used it if it was cooler! All in all - a good stay!

The house had any and all amenities we needed, good recommendations. The location was Even better than we thought. Couple of great and authentic taco places a block walk away and Ubers showed up in under 5 minutes to take us downtown. We also walked from the house to the river walk trail

Overall the stay was nice, there was an issue with wifi at first but was resolved shortly after reaching out to one of the phone numbers. Very nice fire place on the roof-deck. It was right off the highway which was really convenient. The area was a little rundown but was good enough for the amount of time we were there.

Family holiday vacation

Property is in an ideal location. Easy, easy access to downtown restaurants and music. Also good highway access for a trip to Texas Hill country wineries. Overall fantastic trip. We had to reach our host a couple of times with questions. She always picked up the phone, very pleasant and accommodating. Condo is perfect for 4-6 quests. Nice modern kitchen and bathrooms.

First trip to Austin

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all of Austin’s great areas. We drove our car during the day and used Uber in the evening. The condo is spacious with high end appliances and fixtures. The beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi was great and the roof top deck a delight. We would definitely recommend for two couples visiting Austin.

Beautiful Space

This space is very impressive! I can say it was the absolute cleanest VRBO I ever rented. The whole place was immaculate! The only thing that was a bit of a challenge is it is on a steep hill so pack accordingly! Light suitcases or some sort of duffle bag would be the wisest choice. You definitely can't go wrong renting this space and it is close to UT and 6th street.

There were very nice details throughout the house that we continued to notice throughout our stay - three bathrooms that were very nicely designed for the space, cool concrete floors, and overall a nice place to hang out both in the living room and upstairs on the outdoor patio. We enjoyed walking to Lady Bird Lake and a quick Uber downtown for dinner. Communication getting into the property could have been better, but all good once we got past that.

First time to Austin and selected this house based on prior reviews. It was just as the reviewers stated - new, clean, well stocked, good location. The only caveat is it's listed as a 3-bedroom and it's only a 2-bedroom. Two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The location was very a very convenient drive to downtown. We didn't find any nearby amenities worth walking to, so we just stuck to our car. The home itself is very nice. Would recommend staying here.

We loved the fire pit on the balcony

We had a great time here. Property was clean and as advertised. Unless I missed it, I did not receive an entry code as of the day before. Messaged owner via VRBO and they responded quickly with the code. Parking can be a little wonky, as one spot is a sideways concrete pad on the small steep hill in front which can make it interesting getting into/out of the vehicle. The other choice is the driveway which is on a very steep incline which can be problematic in the same way (getting in/out). We managed. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and we especially enjoyed the fire pit on the balcony which is accessed from both bedrooms. Since it is basically right on Riverside Dr., the car noise is audible if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Didn't bother us. Great location if you want to be a very quick Uber drive to the hot spots and there are several food choices within walking distance.
